RATES & SERVICES
Rates are in US Dollars and include all taxes and fees
Minimum 5 night stay - Christmas & New Year Minimum 12 night stay
For groups of 6 or under, the Main House can be rented. For larger groups of 7-10 the Guest House can be added to the rental.
Be assured that we only ever rent to one group at a time. You will have the entire property to yourselves.

Guest Amenities
TP, paper towel, laundry soap, dish washing soap, dishwasher tablets, kitchen sponge/cloth, garbage bags and bath soap are provided.
Grocery Shop
The service of one grocery shop for your arrival (cost of items can be reimbursed). List must be provided one week prior to arrival
Welcome Pack
Welcome pack of water, bottle of wine, 12 pack of beers, coffee & tea, milk/half and half, sugar, 2 cartons of juice, assorted chips/crisps.
Breakfast
One breakfast prepared & cooked for you during your stay. Available Monday - Saturday.
Daily Housekeeping
Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Complimentary Pick Up
One complimentary pick up by taxi driver to bring you to the villa. This can be deferred to your departure
Basic Condiments Supplies
Oil, vinegar, salt/pepper, basic spices are provided
Linens & Laundry
Linens, bath & beach towels provided. Guests have access to use of washer and dryer.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit
To confirm bookings a deposit of 40% of the rental is required. Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations
Cancellations 90 days or more prior to check in date will result in a full refund your deposit.
Cancellations within 90 days of check in date will result in no refund on deposit and/or balance of payment, however we can apply your payment to a future date or if we are able to re rent the villa for an equivalent rental we will reimburse funds less any costs.
A refundable damage deposit of U.S. $1500.00 is required. The damage deposit will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure.
In the event of a hurricane or unforeseen event that the accommodation becomes unavailable for any reason, liability is limited to
a refund of any monies paid. The owners and management company will not be responsible for any consequential loss.
